Summary of Position
We seek a highly self-motivated IT or Healthcare Business Development Executive who is relationship-focused, experienced within MSP/VMS Staffing solutions, and ready to contribute to IMCS Group’s explosive growth. The position is responsible for sales, business development, and increasing opportunities in the sales pipeline for IMCS Group’s workforce solutions across multiple geographies.
- Develop consultative sales strategies for IMCS Group’s workforce solutions.
- Increase opportunities in the sales pipeline, drive through to a closed contract.
- Differentiate IMCS Group against competitors to acquire new business.
- Cold-call potential clients, develop relationships, arrange meetings.
- Collaborate with Client Leads on account expansion and new business opportunities.
- Influence high-level stakeholders to create win/win opportunities.
- Apply industry awareness to business development, educating clients with innovative ideas.
- Consult with partners in operations, product groups, and support groups.
- Stay informed of competitor positions and products.
- Develop proposals, quotes, and respond to Client RFP’s.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Host QBR (Quarterly Business Review) with Client and Supplier Partners.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Prefer a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling complex business and IT consulting services.
- Well-documented sales track record.
- Prior experience in Managed Services, T&M Project for Direct Customers.
- Excellent communication skills, cold-calling capabilities, and strong sales acumen.
- Independent work, and time management skills.
- Up to 20% travel (client visits and conferences).
- CCWP certification preferred.
$40k to $60k per year plus generous commission.
